Lacuna between f. 9 and 10: catchword does not match, 4 folios (an entire quire) are missing according to the earlier foliation in ink.
Ff. 18v-20r: an epistle from Nahmanides to his son.
Colophon: Colophon on f. 20r in Yiddish in Old Slavonic script. It says that it was written by Benjamin ben Menahem Mendel of Kost (Constantinople?).Physical Description

It was a gift to Jacob ibn Agiman (see Hebrew note on f. 1r and Yiddish note on f. 20r).
The same purchase note on ff. 1r and 20r: ...קניתי אני יצחק הלוי
The number '1434' on the front pastedown is a duplicate numbering. The real Gaster 1434 is in the JRL, Manchester. Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. ?; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 19 February 1932.
