ff. 1v-82vAuthor:Title: Tefilah Shomronit le-Yom KipurTitle: תפלה שומרונית ליום כפורF. 1r in Samaritan characters: בשם יהוה הגדול.
Samaritan note on f. 3r says that 'Part eleven of the liturgy being supplications for the seven days of Sukot and prayers for the Sabbath falling during Sukot and these are from the writings of the priests and elders'.
F. 13r: morning prayers for the seven days of Sukot; f. 34r: prayers for the Sabbath during Sukot; f. 82v: prayers for the ending of the said Sabbath.

Ff. 1-5, 6, 37-43, 81-82: scribe of these additions was Amram b. Salama. On different, whiter paper.
