6 quires of 10 leaves. Quire i includes front flyleaf (ii); quire vi includes back flyleaves (i)-(iii).

Iron gall ink corrosion; some leaves were repaired (ff. 33-36).

Oriental flap-binding, brown leather, blind-tooled. Boxed.
Title on spine: 'Ordo Precum Pro Festo Tabernacor. Brit. Mus. Jure Empt. 19,018.'
