Only the last three leaves have been used (at the left end of the manuscript!), the first 67 leaves are left blank, and are unfoliated.

F. 3 is in reality the back pastedown (and called as such in the digital surrogate), and has only a recto side.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 566; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 8 April 1929.
