Parallel Hebrew foliation in ink; the upper outer corners of the first leaves are damaged; the first numeral is visible on f. 9 = f. יג; this shows that 4 leaves are missing from the beginning.

Usage stains, water damage.

Wax stains, e.g. on ff. 41v-42r.

Ff. 1 and 2 has been fixed.
