Censor's signature by Renato da Modena on f. 53v: 'Visto per mi fr. Renato da Mod[en]a 1626'.

Old catalogue number(?) 'No 35' on front pastedown.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 474; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; 1 August 1928.
