ff. 1r-18rTitle: תפלות ופיוטיםTitle: Tefilot u-fiyuṭimIncipit: תפילת(!) על הפרנסה לללי ר"ה ויה"ךFf. 1r-1v: a prayer for livelihood for Rosh ha-Shanah and Yom Kippur eves; ff. 2r-3r: baḳashot on the fruits, which are eaten in the night of the first day of the month, with instructions in Italian (written in Latin characters); ff. 4r-5r: order of Shofar blowing; ff. 5r-6r the piyut אל נורא עלילה by Mosheh Ibn Ezra; ff. 6r-18r: poems for Simhat Torah.
Ff. 17v-18r: written in a different, later hand to complement the text.
