Catchword on every verso (some have been trimmed off).
Condition
Water damage, worm damage, usage stains.
Iron gall ink corrosion.
Leaves are fragile, some of them have been fixed.

Ff. 1r-42v: at the beginning of each section about the Ten Sefirot, the text is included into a medallion and written in red ink.
