Name of the patron(?) is crossed out at the lower section of the frame around the title page on f. 1r: של כמורהר"ר......
Black, oval stamp on ff. 1r, 35v, and 38v with illegible inscription; most probably belongs to the censorship note on f. 35v: 'Revisto per me fra Tomaso Inquisitor di Venezia 1691'.
Ownership inscriptions: 'Salomon Vita Servi l'anno 1794' (f. 37r); 'questo libro e di me Moise Isra[...] Pitigliano questo giorno le [...] (f. 37v); 'Io Abramo Amadio Urbini di Mano pro-p[r]ia di Pitigliano'; 'Questo libro sia di me Giusepe Urbini' (f. 37v); לה' הארץ ומלואה - יוסף תצליח אורביני ס"ט (f. 37v); Giuseppe (front flyleaf (i)r, damaged).
Note about debt in Italian on f. 37v: 'Io Apie sotto scrito confeso esere vero ed real dabitore (debitore) alli sigli Frelli cicismej la samaci soldi niente sette mille la non pagarsi mai. che non vogliono così.

M. Gaster's note on f. 36v regarding the date of him acquiring the manuscript: 'v.901.'
