Collation
12 quires of 12 leaves. Quire xii includes back flyleaves (i)-(iv).
Catchword on every verso.
Singatures in Hebrew characters at the end and beginning of quires. Some of them have beeen trimmed off.
Condition
Iron gall ink corrosion on some of the paper leaves (e.g. f. 39-41, 110-111).
Text has faded in place (e.g. f. 133v).

Notes in Italian, Hebrew and Latin on f. 1r: 'יהושע'; ' dni. abr[...]'; 'Armo mio qunto ann in ... ioe dei ... . Armo ...'; 'Carisimo mio feratelo. Alo molto mio feratelo. Al onor...'; Hebrew note is hardly legible.
Ownership inscriptions on f. 2r: 'של יורשי הקטן פיסק זצ"ל; 'David Halpha ii'; מקנת כספי דוד חלפאן בכ"מ פרץ חלפאן; יורשי הר"ר יעב הקטן
The same ownership inscription on f. 139v and f. 140r: אשר חנן ה' את עבדו יהודה בכמר נתנאל חלפן ז"ל.
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 695; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 8 October 1929.
