Samuel David Luzzatto (1800-1865): belonged to his library; see his note in volume 1 on front flyleaf (i)r: מנחת זכרון מזכרת אהבה ויקראת הרוממות מאתי שד"ל לכבוד ידידי החכם המופלא מהריט צונץ בהיותו אצלי בי"ז בתמוז תרכ"ג ואני תפלה יאריך ה' ימיו בטוב ושנותיו בנעימים עם אשתו היקרה והנכבדת והיה שלום אהלם מעתה ועד עולם. Given by Luzzatto to Leopold Zunz in 17 Tamuz 5623 (1863).

Leopold Zunz (1794-1886): belonged to his library; see note on front flyleaf (i)v: 'Ms. Zunz 35 - Erhalten von S. D. Luzzatto am 5. Juli 1863 in Padua. Am Ende diese geschriebenes Inhalts-Verzeichniß' and catalogue entry in Hirschfeld.

Solomon Hayyim Halberstam (1832-1900): bibliophile and scholar: belong to his library (see Ha no. 446 on the spine).

Sir Moses Montefiore (1784-1885): belonged to his library; see black oval stamp from Ramsgate on ff. 1r and 191v: בק"ק ראמסגט .
