Solomon Hayyim Halberstam (1832-1900): bibliophile and scholar: belong to his library (see Ha no. 207 on the spine and on the front pastedown).
Sir Moses Montefiore (1784-1885): belonged to his library; see black oval stamp from Ramsgate, dated 1866/7 on ff. 1r and 15v: בק"ק ראמסגט יע"א התרכז לברי"ע .
Acquired in 2004 from the Montefiore Endowment via Sotheby's.
