Censors' signatures on f. 80r by Hippolite of Ferrara, Franciscan censor (active at the end of the 16th century-beginning of 17th century, in Cremona?): inscribed with his name 'Fra Hipp[olitus] Ferr[araens]is vidit 1601'; Giovanni Domenico Vistorini, censor: inscribed 'Gio[vanni] Dom[eni]co Vistorini'.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 289; his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153: inscribed with his name on back flyleaf (ii)v; date of accession March 1868: inscribed on back flyleaf (ii)v.
