Singatures in Hebrew characters at the end of the quires (ff. 9v, 21v, 33v, 45v, 57v, 69v). First signature on f. 9v is number 3, that shows that two quires are missing from the beginning.
Condition
Usage stains, water damage.
Iron gall ink corrosion.
Some of the leaves are damaged.
