M. Gaster's note on front flyleaf (i)r: '602 - from Mr A. Abelaris 16.2.904 M.G.'

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 602; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 15 April 1929.
