Condition

Between ff. 10 and 11, remains of the stud of a leaf is visible, but there is not obvious lacuna in the text.

Provenance and Acquisition

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 855; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 28 March 1930.
