ff. 3r-49vTitle: תפלות על דרך הקבלה תפלות לימודים וכונותTitle: Tefilot ʿal derekh ha-Ḳabalah, tefilot limudim ṿe-khaṿanotBegins with a list of deceased persons from Italy, from between the years 5565-5599 (from 1805 to 1829). At the end of the manuscript are prayers, commentaries and rulings which were added by an italian hand.
The dates 26 Nisan 5545 (1785), 7 Nisan 5573 (1813), 17 Nisan 5601 (1841) and 26 Nisan 5629 (1869) are mentioned on f. 31v: ואני הצעיר ברכתי ברכה זו בשנת התקמ"ה יום ד' כ"ו לחדש ניסן - ויהיה פעם אחרת בשנת התקע"ג... בשנת התר"א ... בשנת התרכ"ט.

Sefardi semi-cursive script of the late 18th - early 19th century.
Additions:F. 2r: list of names in Hebrew.
F. 2v: list of deceased persons from Italy, between the years 5565 and 5599 (1805-1839). At the end, Yitsḥaḳ ... Galiḳo of Ancona is mentioned, and the note is dated '19 luglio 1839'.
Ff. 50r-50v: prayers written by a different hand in Italian Hebrew cursive script including a poem written by Moses Alashkar: הרב מהר"מ אלשקאר.
Ff. 51r-51v is a piece of paper previously folded, now inserted into the collation, on guard: prayers and notes written by a different hand in Italian cursivr script, beginning תפלה קודם פ' שקלים
Two small paperslips are glued onto f. 52r. One has some calculations, the other is apparently used to create a small pocket on the page. The latter seems to be a fragment of a letter written in Italian.
