In the middle of quire xxvii, between ff. 264 and 265, there is a unfoliated, blank bifolio (later, modern addition).

Usage stains, water damage.
Some of the leaves are badly damaged (edges and corners are missing) and some text has been lost, but have been fixed (e.g. ff. 16-17, 265-266).
Text is faded in places.
Parchment of poor quality with numerous holes.

Additions:At the end of Exodus, on f. 131r, there are two deeds of sale dated to 1557 and 1558, in Samaritan and in Arabic script in black (see Crown, p. 211).
