F. 1r: תקנות שנתקנו בפיררא בוועד חכמי’ ופרנסי העיירות ואכן לא נתפשטו.
F 1r lists eight taḳanot.
F. 1v written by a different hand: a hadran recited at the conclusion of a Talmudic tractate, and a few laws (Halakhot) regarding fast.
Signatures on f. 1v: שמואל הכהן, שלי אברהם פרווינצאל, משה הכהן, יוסף הכהן.
