9 quires: i6-1, ii-viii8, ix8-1. Quire i includes front flyleaves (ii)-(iii); quire ix includes unfoliated leaf after f. 65 (called f. 65a in digital surrogate).
Catchword on every verso.
Condition
Slight water damage, a few ink stains.
Iron gall ink corrosion, some leaves have been fixed.
