Composite paper codex of the 17th century.Form: codexMaterial: paperSupport:Extent: 75 folios (i+75+ii)Additions:Note in Hebrew on back pastedown about expenses: לזיכרון הוצאה, and it mentions קירש (qursh or qirsh), a subdivision of a currency used in several Arabic-speaking countries.
Binding
Brown leather binding; blind-tooled, with a pair of leather toggles. Boxed.
Old label on spine: 'יג/30'; M. Gaster's label on spine: '265 כוונות ארי - שושן סודות'.
In the digital surrogate the front binding board with toggles open is called back flyleaf (iii)r; the back binding board with toggles open is called back flyleaf (iii)v; and the fore edge is called back flyleaf (iv)r.
