Ownership inscription by Yaḥia ben Mordekhai, who dedicated the codex to his father Mordekhai ben Avraham Śaśon: בינ"ו - זה החומש ההגה שזכה וקנה אתו הגביר היקר והנעלה לשם טוב ולתחלה כה"ר יחיא בכ"ר מרדכי זכר צדיק לברכה והקדיש אתו לשם מנוחת אביו הגביר הזקן היקר כה"ר מרדכי בכ"ר אברהם ששון נ"ע תהי נפשו צרורה בצרור החיים ויזכה נשמתו לחיי עולם הבא והרי הוא קדש ליי והיה הוא ותמורתו יהיה קדש ברוך יהיה הקורא בו וארור הגונב אתו והמוכר אתו ונכתב יום שני שהוא יום ר"ח אייר שנת שמ"ח לבנ"ו בישועתך לפ"ק התל"ו ליצירה. (f. 1v). Written in 1 Iyar 5436 (1676).
