Title page on f. 1r: סדר הגיטו - תקונים וסדרים... נדפס בישע' חלקים וברשות רוממתו ירה ... שבט שנת הלבישני בגדי ישע מעיל צדקה יעטני בבית כמ"ר יהודה שמואל מפרישה ובנו In Mantova Con Licenza de Superioris'.
Matters concerning accommodation. On f. 6r, at the end, signed by five men (מהנבחרים): Yehoshʿa Hai, Malkiʾel Ashkenazi, Mosheh Meshaʿar Arie (משה משער אריה) Mordekhai Kohen, and Mosheh ... (משה מריוירי).
The note at the bottom of the title page naming Ḥananiah Meron is copied from the printed edition (על ידי צעיר הנבחר חנניה מארון בכמ"ר מרדכי ז"ל).
