Megilat Esther with Rashi commentary.
With commentaries and rulings, mainly from Shulhan Arukh, in the margins.
At the end of the manuscript are lots of divinations in Arabic. F. 315v: a ketubah from the year 2174 SE (=1863) in מאתא אלמלח מן קרא אלגאהלייה. The groom is Daʿud Ibn Daʿud al-Kanizi and the bride is Habiba bint Yihya al-Madaʿi. On their divorce see [BL] Or 10635, f. 13.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 6; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 5 July 1927.
