ff. 1r-148vTitle: פנקס מוהלים של בני משפחת פאנוTitle: Pinḳas mohalim shel bene mishpaḥat PanoYosef Nisim ben Avraham of Fano performed 515 circumcisions during the years 5416-5466 (from 1655 to 1706): ff. 1v-70r; singed by Yosef in the lower margin of f. 1r: אני יוסף נסים בכמ' אברהם מפאנו ז"ל.
His son Avraham Hai of Fano performed 451 circumcisions during the years 5446-5484 (from 23 May 1686 to 1722): ff. 71r-120v; signed by Avraham in the lower margin of f. 71r: אני אברהם חי בכמ' יוסף נסים פאנו יצ"ו. Date is often given in Italian as well as in Hebrew.
Mosheh Yosef of Fano ben Avraham Hai performed 36 circumcisions during the years 5495-6514 (from 1734-1754): ff. 121r-133r; signed by Mosheh in the lower margin of f. 121v: משה יוסף פאנו בכמה"ר אברהם חי זצ"ל.
Yishmaʾel Barukh of Fano performed 58 circumcisions during the years 5493-5527 (from 1732 to 1767): ff. 134r-; starting אלו הן סדר המוהליות אשר נעשו בעזרת צור עולמים ממני ומאתי הצעיר ישמעאל ברוך פאנו א' לא' למצוא חשבון בסדר תולדותיהם.
