A treatise on the writing of Torah scrolls, tefilin and mezuzot.

ff. 1v-49vTitle: ברוך שאמרTitle: Barukh she-ʾamarThe order of the leaves is muddled. Several leaves were bound, or written, out of order. The composition begins at f. 20r. The author's introduction is on f. 31r.
Includes: various supplements, some of which are not to be found in the printed version. Ff. 12v-16r: Halakhot from Tur Oraḥ Ḥayim and from Tur Yoreh Deʿah concerning writing a Torah scroll etc.; ff. 19r-20r: מעשה שהיה בא’ המקומות שעברתי בהביאי חיבורי נ"ש לבית הדפוס by Shemuʾel Segal (הצעיר שמואל סג"ל) (ff. 19r-20v), who is, most probably, Shemuʾel ben David ha-Leṿi, the author of the book Nahalat Shivʿah.
On ff. 34r-39r: "חלק שני ס’ ברוך שאמר הלכות ס"ת". This text was written later and is not a part of the book Barukh she-Amar.
F. 37r: לבוש עטרת זהב is mentioned.
Ff. 40r-46v: הא לך א"ב גדולה כפי שתקן עזרא הסופר ע"ה. Ending with 72 Halakhot of the Torah scroll.
Ff. 46v-47v: from Otiyot de-Rabbi Akiva (letters of Rabbi Aḳiva).
Ff. 1v-7r: text in two columns, right column: מחבר, left column: הגה[ות].
