The date of the Ketubah: "בשבת בראשון לחדש אלול שנת חמשת אלפים וארבע מאות ושמונים לבריאת העולם ... פה גוריציאה". The groom's name is Shemuʾel (שמואל בן שמריה מרפורגו), and the bride’s name is Mushḳiṭah bat Gershom Hefets (מושקיטה בת ... דרשם חפץ).

Signatures at the bottom are faded, hardly legible.
