Purchase note by Moses Gaster dated 5664(?), that is 1903/4: קנין כספי אני הצעיר משה גאסטער ס"ט התרק"ד (f. 1r).
Censors' signatures on f. 130r: 'Revisto per mi fra Luigi da Bologna marzo 1599'; 'Camillo Jaghel 1613'; 'Ego fra Renatus à ord.is Capp.rā vidi anno 1621'.
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 717; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 8 November 1929.
