Inscription in French on front flyleaf (ii)v. Same hand, apparently the patron, Meir Aaron Astruc, made notes on the verso side as well in French and in Hebrew: אני הבהור מאיר אהרן ... אני הצעיר
Ownership inscriptions on f. 124r, dated 1786: ישראל כהן רבקה; ישראל בן אליהו כהן - most probably the same person whose name is on the front cover. Same name, Israel Cohen written in the outer margin on f. 123v.
Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 163; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 3 October 1927.
