Collation
12 quires: i-iv10 (ff. 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40), v8 (ff. 41-48), vi-xii10 (ff. 49-58, 59-68, 69-78, 79-88, 89-98, 99-108, 109-118). Structure of last quire is 10-1+1 leaves. F. 119 is the back pastedown.
Condition
Manuscript has been restored; all the leaves have been reinforced with paper.
Usage stains, creased leaves, water damage, loss of text in places (e.g. f. 117v).
Missing parts of ff. 1-2 have been completed.
Ff. 22, 31, 51, 86 and 109 were supplied later.

Hand(s)
Samaritan majuscule script of the 15th century. Scribe: Jacob b. Joseph b. Jacob, Qedmah family. The scribe's eighth Torah. Restored by Jacob b. Sadaqa, the Danfi, in 1848.
Decoration
Very simple geometric decorations at the end of the biblical books (ff. 30v, 55r, 72r, 97r, 118r).
Additions:Binding
Oriental flap-binding, brown leather. Boxed.
In the digital surrogate the front cover with the flap open is called back flyleaf (i)r, with the flap extended is called back flyleaf (i)v, and the fore edge is called back flyleaf (ii)r.
