Language(s): Persian and ArabicSubstantive Naqshbandī Sufi hagiographical collection by Badr al-Dīn ibn Ibrāhīm Sirhindī (of present Sirhind), dealing with the virtues of important figures from the Caliph Abū Bakr to the formation of the Mujaddidī branch of the Naqshbandīyah silsilah in India, under the Mujaddid-i alf-i s̲ānī, Shaykh Aḥmad ibn ʿAbd al-Aḥad ibn Zayn al-ʿĀbidīn al-Fārūqī al-Kābulī al-Naqshbandī(d. 1034/1624).
Colophon not dated (f. 183v): completed by Muḥammad Zamān the kātib(scribe).
Neat scribal naskh throughout.
