Signatures in ink in Eastern Arabic numerals (visible ff. 8-146). According to this, f. 8 is the third quire, that is, at least 1 quire is missing from the beginning.

Condition

Leaves ff. 1-16 are badly damaged and fragmentary, with loss of text.

Worm damage, usage stains, water damage.
