Signatures in Samaritan characters at the beginning of quires; with simple ink decoration.

Catchwords on every verso.

Condition

A few usage stains, smudged ink, water damage.

Hand(s)

Samaritan minuscule script and Arabic script of the late 18th - early 19th century. The principal scribe was Salama b. Sarur b. Yusuf. Ff. 1-3 was written by Salam b. Tabya b. Isaac.

Decoration

Simple ink decoration around the signatures.

Geometrical ink decoration at the end of f. 97r.

Additions:

Later addition on ff. 102r-102v.

Binding

Islamic flap binding, brown leather, blind-tooled. Boxed.

Title on spine: 'Ordo Precum Pro Festo Tabernaculor. Samarit. Mus. Brit. Jure Empt. 19,019.'
