Manuscript copy of the set of 22 maps of Korea compiled by Kosanja [i.e. Kim Chŏng-ho 金正浩 (d 1866?)] and first published in 1861 with a revised edition in 1864.

First folio of first map dated: 古山子校刋當守元年甲子 [=1864].

Each map has a list of the places contained within it written on the front cover.

22 hand-coloured maps each folded to 305 x 205 mm. When assembled they form a map measuring 6.7 metres wide and 3.8 metres long.

Each map has cream-coloured paper covers impressed with a geometric design. Housed in a blue cloth wrap-around case.
