‫ קטע רצוף, מפרק ז, כד ע"א שורה 19 - פרק י’ לג ע"א 35 (סי’ תרמ"ט-תרע"ט) ‬

‫ הדף הראשון פגום, ונותר אמצע של קצה פנימי בלבד, חסר כד ע"א 35-כד ע"ב 4 ושם 24-28. ‬

‫ קטעים מהדפים הסמוכים אחריו מאותו כ"י, נמצאים בקמברידג’ T-S AS 77.113,234,247 המגיעים עד לה ע"ב. ‬

‫ קטע ו-9 דפים שלמים רצופים. 24 שורות לעמוד, מסמן הפסקת טקסט בנקודה וחמשה רווחים. כתיבה מרובעת למחצה. ‬

‫ מצטט תשובות הרשב"א, ריב"ש. המטבע או משקל בנידון: "קירט". ‬

‫ בקטע רושם בפירוט רב טענות התובע "ראובן", ותחילת טענות התגובה של "שמעון". בענין שותפות עם גוי, ערבות ומודעה, חכירה לפי משפט ה"אלתזם". נושא המצוי בתשובות חכמי מצרים במאה ה-טז. ‬

‫ 23 שורות הראשונות של השאלה פורסמו ע"י ש’ שטובר, פעמים 38 עמ’ 91-92. ‬

‫ שני דפים, הראשון שלם, השני חסר מעט בקצוות. 31/36 שורות לעמוד. כתיבה בינונית. ‬

‫ בקטע סוף סי’ ג מהכלל מ "רחל שהוא" - תחילת כלל מד "הוא הפה שהתיר". ‬

בכלל מג שינויים בסדר.

הכללים מחולקים ליחידות (שאלות) ממוספרות בגליון.

‫ בגליונות של כמה מהתשובות מופיעות ניסוח הלכתי של תוכן התשובה, מעין "קיצור פסקי הרא"ש", שבסופו הפנייה לפרק בתלמוד אליו שייך הפסק. גליונות אלו, באותה כתיבה, נמצאות גם בקטע לונדון הספרייה הבריטית 4/Or. 5558 G דף 26. ואולי הוא החלק השני של אותו כ"י.

‫ דף נוסף מאותו כ"י, פריז אוסף כי"ח 8 III D. והוא קטע מכלל לב. עוד 5 דפים נמצאים בספרייה הבריטית, אוסף גסטר: 12315.OR דפים 21-24 (כלל יז-יט); 13153.OR דף 27 (כלל יט). ‬

‫ עוד 16 דפים מאותו כ"י (כללים ד-ו;לח-לט;מה) נמצאים בפטרסבורג RNL Evr II A 311.1 דפים 1-4;21-32. ‬

‫ בניו יורק ביהמ"ל Rab. 1351 דפים 1-10 (=2511 ENA) נמצאים תשובות יג:כ-טו:ה (עוד קטע משם: ריילנדס A1068), ושם דפים 16-205 (=1811 ENA) כללים סב-קח (סוף הספר) באותה כתיבה. ‬

‫ נרשם בין כתבי היד של שו"ת הרא"ש שאסף א’ אורבך, שנתון המשפט העברי ב (תשל"ה), ראה שם עמ’ 76 (בטעות רשום "בריטיש מוזיאון 55589). ‬

‫ שם כרוכים יחד עם 4 דפים בכ"י אחר, עם קולופון לגואדלחרה 1491, ששרדיו נמצאים סמוכים לשרידי כה"י שלנו גם באוספים אחרים: פטרסבורג שם RNL Evr. II A 311.2; פריס כי"ח 44 III D; הספרייה הבריטית Or. 5558 G דפים 18-31. ‬

‫ 6 דפים רצופים שלמים, 28 שורות לעמוד. כותרות באות מוגדלת מעל רווח. שומרי דף. ‬

‫ במקביל בהוצאת פלדמן, תשמ"ד, עמ’ נג "העלה בכורות"-עמ’ נח, תחילת התשובה "או בעסק ונתנו". ‬

‫ בדף 32 מפתח התשובות, שונה מהמפתח שבכ"י פרמה, והמפתח המיוחס לר’ יצחק דילאטיש הנדפס בסוף דפוס רומי. ‬

‫ זוג הדפים הסמוכים אחרי דף 32 ולפני דף 33 כאן, נמצאים בקמברידג’ T-S K14.2. הדף הסמוך אחרי דף 33 כאן נמצא בפריס אוסף כי"ח III D 3. עשרת הדפים הסמוכים אחריו, עד תשובה לב (שם "ל") בקמברידג’ T-S NS 181.58. השרידים כוללים יחד המפתח לסימנים א-סא, ותשובות ה-לב ("ה-ל"). ‬

‫ שני דפים שלמים, חסר ביניהם, 29 שורות לעמוד. כותרות באות מוגדלת מעל רווח. ‬
