ff. 1r-14vTitle: משנה תורה (קטעים)Title: Mishneh Torah (ḳeṭaʿim)הערה כללית: גניזה בדפים 1-:2 ספר הפלאה הלכות ערכין וחרמין ו:ט "[למזבח] הרי"- סוף הספר. ספר זרעים: לוח מצוות, הלכות כלאים א:א - ב:ב "עדשים". בדף :3 שם, הלכות מעשר שני ד:כ "שני" - ז:יח ( קטוע). בדף 4 ספר עבודה, הלכות פסולי המוקדשים, רשימת מצווות, א:א-ג:ב. בדפים 5-6 שם יב:י "התודה האחרונה" - יז:יד (קטוע). 7-14 הם קטעים מדפים רצופים ובו ספר קרבנות הלכות תמורה פרקים א-ג (סוף הספר), רשימת המצות מתחילת ספר טהרה, והלכות טומאת מת עד יט:א.
14 דפים וקטעי דפים. שני טורים לעמוד, 51 שורות לטור. סוף הלכה מצוין בנקודה ושני רווחים. דפים 1-6 קרועים במידות שונות, עד שבדף 6 נותר רק הקצה העליון. דפים 7 ואילך פגומים פחות, מקטע קטן מקצה הדף עד דפים כמעט שלמים, פגומים מעוט מלמעלה.
