‫ הדפים האלו מכילים תשובות ממוספרות ביד הסופר (קלא)-קמ. אך בגליון הפנימי נמסרו מספרים חלופיים לכל תשובה, כנראה מתוך קובץ גדול יותר שהכיל תשובות גם שלא מהרמב"ם. התשובות כאן: ש"מ, שמ"ו, שמ"י(!), ש"נ, כ"א, ל, לה, רלב.

כל התשובות בערבית, פרט לקל"ה, קל"ט, ק"מ.

‫ השואלים החתומים על שאלה קל"ד הם חפץ בן יוסף ואברהם בן חננאל. על תשובה קל"ו חתומים הדיינים המוכרים מבית דינו של הרמב"ם: שמואל הלוי בן סעדיה ויצחק בן ששון.

‫ בשתובה ק"מ חסרה השאלה ואין חתימה בסופה, אך ידוע ממקורות אחרים שזו אחת משתי אגרות שנשלחו לר’ אפרים מצור. ראה אגרות הרמב"ם, מהדורת י’ שילת, תשמ"ד ח"א עמ’קצג, ובמבוא שם עמ’ קצ.
