Signed by the Abraham Israel Cardoso, Abraham Suarez (in Latin script) and Benjamin Babli (בנימן בבלי) (in Hebrew script).
Column right is the ketubah, column left contains the conditions.
The date of the ketubah: ברביעי בשבת י"ב יום לחדש חשון שנת חמשת אלפים וארבע מאות ושלש לבריטת עולם ... פה פיזה.

Two columns text are in between decorated arches. The figure of blindfolded Amor is in the tympanum at the top.
