ff. 1r-32rTitle: תפלות וכונות למתענה כל ימות השבוע וסדר הפסקה גדולה וקטנהTitle: Tefilot ṿe-khaṿanot la-mitʿaneh kol yemot ha-shavuaʿ ṿe-seder hafsaḳah gedolah u-ḳeṭanahIncipit: הקנא שהם שלשה אהי"ה עם הכולל ומשם ימשך לאו"א ומשם לזעירBegins at the end of the prayers for Tuesday.
At the end of the manuscript are mystical intentions (ḳaṿanot) for immersion in the snow and in hot water, Seder Tiḳun ha-Saḳ, and by a different hand: a compilation of mystical intentions (ḳaṿanot) from other books.
Bottom of f. 27v: תם ונשלם סדר של ההפסקה גדולה; f. 28r: סדר הפסקה קטנה יום...; f. 28v: סדר הפסקה של שני ימים ...; f. 31r: כוונת לטבילת מים חמים ; f. 31v: סדר תקון השק , etc.
Incomplete at the beginning (cf. Hebrew foliation); lacuna after f. 30 (see catchword).
