Ownership inscription by Yitsḥaḳ Śuiśah on f. 70r: לעולם יתחום אדם שמו בספרו שמי אדם רשע נן השוק ויאמר שלי הוא לכן כתבתי שמי בספר ע"ה יצחק שוישא, and also hardly legible note by the same Yitsḥaḳ on f. 83v, and two other names added by pencil: ע"ה ה"ר ן' כליפא, ע:ה יוספ ן' כליפא .

Ownership inscription on f. 80v: אמר אני משה...
