At its end are rhymes which begin with אני הגבר בסיבות הזמנים and a poem on the composition of the book which begins with מנחם [מנחה?] קח לך ספרי כתבתיו.

Purchase record by Ḥefets bar Mosheh of Castelfranco, who sold the manuscript to R. Aharon ha-Rofe, dated AM 5258 (1497/8 CE) on f. 152v: יום ב' לשבוע כ"א לחדש סיון שנת "רנ"ח" לפ"ק הששי מובה אני חפץ ב"ר משה בקשטילו פרנקו ...איך מכרתי זה הספר מעלות המדות למר ר’ אהרן הרפא דמילי רוסו בעד א’ טרי’ י’ גיר ולראייתו כתבי אלו... .
Ownership inscription by Yehoshuʿa ben Yitsḥaḳ de-Pinḥas, on f. 153v: לעולם יכתוב אדם שמו על סיפרו שמא יבוא אדם מן השוק ואמר זה שלי - ישועה בכ"ר יצחק דפנחס ע"ה; also in Latin script on the same page: 'Io Jēsoue de pinasi de... alegira et alfoncsina et mio filio ... preso ... io daniel ... .
