574 folios. 19 lines per page, black ink. Decorative floral verse markers in black ink.
Dutch paper, watermarks 'J HONIG & ZOONEN'. Initial and end flyleaves are of Javanese paper (dluwang). Evidence of a mistar between f. 3 and f. 4.
Binding: rebound in the British Library in ca. 1993 in a full brown leather binding, with stamped frames and ornaments in emulation of the Javanese style.
The original Javanese brown leather covers, with stamped frames and ornaments, are now detached, and are stored in the box alongside the manuscript.
