ff. 1r-1vTitle: אגרת מהשומרונים של שכם אל ממשלת אנגליהTitle: Igeret meha-Shomronim shel Shekhem el memshelet AngliyahAccording to Crown, the letter is addressed to the English government (see Crown, The Samaritans, p. 109); the note on the verso side of the document says that it is to 'Queen Victoria'.
Crown: 'The sheet is of particular interest since this indicates the size of the mould available to the Samaritans.'
Signatures are accompanied with round black stamps.
In Samaritan Hebrew and Arabic.
