ff. 1r-44vTitle: מפתח הרפואה (חלק ב שער ט)Title: Mafteaḥ ha-refuʾah (Ḥeleḳ 2 Shaʿar 9)The names of the foods are arranged alphabetically, with an Arabic, Greek, and another foreign language "loaz" (perhaps Spanish) translations (all in Hebrew characters), and with their medical qualities.
Mentions, among others, Moshe ben Nahman (Nahmanides) (e.g. ff. 22v, 28v); בעל הדכירא .. מחמד אל זבדא ("the author of the Dekhira […] Mahmad al-Zbeda") (e.g. ff. 6r, 9v); Avicenna (e.g. ff. 23r, 24r). F. 24v: בספרי הלועזים מצאתי מקדוניס
