A digest of the halakhic decisions of Asher ben Jehiel by his son Jacob ben Asher.

With numerous marginal notes most of which are from Hagahot Maimoniyot, Mordekhai, and compilations of Tur Oraḥ Ḥayim and Tur Even ha-ʿEzer.
F. 1v: responsum by Jacob ben Judah Weil (§84 in the printed version), ending with: פסק הלז העתקתי מגוף הפסק ששלח הר"י וויל לחבורת ברונסוויק ("this ruling was copied from the body text of a ruling that Jacob ben Judah Weil sent to the Brunswick group").
Incomplete at the end.
F. 67v: the name David (possibly the scribe) in acrostic.

Additions:6 larger paper leaves are inserted before f. 1. They are called as front flyleaves in the digital surrogate. Front flyleaves (v)-(x): Italian text to be read from left to right about the Talmud. It begins: 'Informacion cercha il volume Ebreo dito il Talmud' English note added in the margins of the Italian and on the verso side of the last leaf (called front flyleaf (v)v).

Date 5080 AM (1319/1320 CE) Toledo(?) is given on f. 1r: טולידא ה" אלפים פ' לפ"ג.
Purchase note on front flyleaf (iv)v: 'Cabalistic treatise on the Talmud, written A.D. 1306. Bought at Pest, from a Jewish bookseller, who had a stock of about 5000 hebrew books. I gave 3 Spanish dollars for it. June 11. 1838.'
It belonged to Lord Robert Curzon's collection, which was bequeathed to the British Museum; acquisition note on back flyleaf (ii)v: 'Bequeathed by Darea Baroness Zouche. 13. Oct. 1917.' Date of accession 21 May 1921.
