A collection of letters mainly written between 1670 and 1680 by Italian and German rabbis.

Most of the letters are addressed to Abraham ben Michael Rafael Rovigo of Modena (e.g. ff. 3v, 37v, 63v, 155v).
The authors of the letters in the order of their occurence are: Moses ben Mordecai Zacuto (ff. 1-71, 85-86); Abraham ben Rafael Rovigo of Modena (f. 72-74, 175); Benjamin Kohen, Rabbi at Alessandria and a former pupil of Zacuto (e.g. ff. 75-83, 87); Aaron Simeon Spira of Prague (e.g. f. 88); Angelo Verona, whose letter is in Italian and is written from Jerusalem in 1673 (f. 101); Meir ben Hiya, Rofe (e.g. ff. 103-134); Samson Baḳi (ff. 135-136); Yishac Arobas (f. 139); Abraham Barzilai (ff. 141-143, 147); Samuel ben Abraham Aboab, one of whose letters is in Italian (f. 149), the rest in Hebrew (ff. 150-154); Solomon ben Isaiah Nizza (f. 165); Michael Elisha Malʾakh (f. 171); Hananiah Cases (f. 176); Isaac Berechiah ben Dayan (f. 177); Judah Loeb ben Enoch Zundel of Pfersee who addressed his letter to Israel Basan in Verona (ff. 182-183).
Some are signed as פלוני בר פלוני, a pseudo-name used often in documents (e.g. ff. 90-91).
