Kabbalistic rules and directions for the service in the Synagogue.

ff. 1r-31vTitle: סדור עם כוונות על דרך הקבלהTitle: Sidur ʿim kaṿanot ʿal derekh ha-ḲabalahContains halakhot with ḳaṿanot (mystical intentions), among others: הלכות בית כנסת (f. 4v); הלכות תפלין (f. 23v); הלכות משא ומתן (f. 30v).
Ff. 16v-17r: list of books, with some English, probably by a later hand.
Ff. 25r-27v: כב כללים
Diagrams on ff. 19v-20r: diagram of the Ten Sefirot: front pastedown, ff. 1r, 13r, 25r.
Ff. 28v-29r: verse from Proverbs 10:2 צדקה תציל ממות with words within the letters. In the upper corner of f. 28v the year 5566 is given (1805/6).
Ff. 31r-30v: calculation in Portuguese beginning 'Irmandadedas Licensas...' with the date 5515-5516 (1755-1756).
F. 31v: some note in English: 'will please to answer - they are going home', and a name in Portuguese?: 'Mordehay Senor...'

Ff. 16r, 19r, 20v, 21v are blank.
8 unfoliated blank leaves after ff. 18 and 20.
Front pastedown serves as a pocket; ff. 32-37: are loose bifolios in the pocket.
Collation
A single collation of 40 leaves (including unfoliated blank leaves and excluding ff. 32-37).
Condition
Usage stains.
Collation is falling apart, detached from binding, and bifolios are detached from each other; fragile volume.

Ff. 21-23r: text is running parallel to the spine.
Hand(s)
Sefardi cursive and square scripts and Latin cursive scripts of the 18th-19th century.

Decoration
Additions:Ff. 32r-37r: when to recite certain Psalms; from another manuscript; these leaves are in the pocket fixed to the front pastedown.
A small fragment of the Ṿidui from another manuscript is glued onto f. 37v; written in Ashkenazi cursive script.
