Parallel Hebrew foliation in ink; f. 1 = f. ג. Hebrew foliation shows that at least 2 leaves are missing from the beginning, and that there are lacunae in the text.

Numerous blank pages.

Collation

Incorrectly rebound: ff. 117-123 are not in sequence: ff. 117, 122, 121, 120, 118, 119, 123. In the digital surrogate, these leaves are displayed in the correct order.

No catchwords.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 1429; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 15 February 1932.
