‘A Compleat History of Sussex [by the Reverend Thomas Cox, Vicar of Bromfield in Essex]. Printed by E. and R. Nutt’ Quarto, London 1730, forming part of the work intitled ‘Magna Britannia, antiqua et nova’, interleaved and greatly augmented with manuscript notes and collections for the history of Sussex, by Sir William Burrell, baronet. The greater portions of these additions are crossed over with a pen, and were probably copied into other volumes of the Burrell Collections.
