A folio volume (160 folios), containing the following articles:
1. ‘King’s College Historiette’ or a portion of an account of the fellows of King’s College Cambridge from the year 1478 to 1620. Collected by Thomas Hatcher to the year 1562 and continued by John Scott to 1620. Written in a hand of the time, given to Mr. Cole by Mr. Betham. (folios 1-46b)

2. Collections for a Parochial History of Cambridgeshire, by Mr. Layer of Shepreth, in his autograph. They relate to the parishes of Haselingfield, Shepereth, Barenton, Ellisworth, Knapwell, Bokesworth, Connington, Toft, Hardwicke, Caldicote, Bourne, Caxton, Croxton, Eltesley, Graveley, Papworth Everard, Papworth Agnes, Fenn Drayton, Swavesey, Over, Wyvelingham, Long Stanton, Water Beech, Land Beech, Mylton, Impington, Rampton, Hogginton, Hockington, Girton, Maddingley, Lolworth, Childerley Magna, Childerley Parva, Drye Drayton, Cottenham, Westwick, Histons, and Chesterton.
